I also experimented with heating some almond milk on the stove and adding it to an espresso pod and it was delicious! One adjustment for me was that when I turned it back on, I needed to make sure to not put a pod in it. We just wished we had vanilla syrup on hand. When my sister was visiting, I helped her get her latte fix without driving to our local Starbucks, and saved her some money, too. I wish I had some Starbucks syrups on hand, but we made due with some chocolate to have mocha lattes. The machine is very easy to use, and includes a quick recipe book for making your favorite drinks. Once you power it back on, it prompts you to run the integrated rinse function to help keep machine clean and your drinks fresh. Anything that doesn’t make me have to turn it off is a total win. When the machine is left after making your beverages, it auto-off activates after 5 minutes to save energy.

So, it would work for just an espresso cup, or a full sized or even taller mug. I didn’t realize at first that the cover came off the top one! Whoops, but now it’s on there. Underneath that mug, there is a height-adjustable drip tray that accommodates different sized cups. If you like a bigger drink, it’s very easy to pop another pod in and run it through.
